Need to be on the “PBC Audio” WiFi network, password/QR code is usually showing on the rear projector during rehearsal.
When opening the app, you should drop in on the screen below. You should be able to see the “WING-PARKWAY” option. If not, make sure you are connected to the right WiFi network, and click “Rescan”.
Once you click “WING PARKWAY”, you’ll be on the screen below. Make sure you have “MIX” (1) selected in the upper left corner, otherwise you may not see all the instruments. The column on the very far right is which mix you have selected, in this case “Keys IEM” (2)
Next step is to make sure you are on the right mix. Tapping on the top of the right-most column will get you to the mix selection page. For either wireless or wired packs, your mix will correspond to what’s labelled on your pack. (IEM 1, IEM 2, CIT DRUMS, CIT AUX)
If you don’t see these options for mixes, then you are likely on the “offline editor” and you will need to connect to the board. To disconnect you need to click the wireless symbol in the upper right corner to get back to the first page.
